Runde 2: Köln, wir legen nach! Nach dem fulminanten Auftakt am 04.04. tun wir es wieder und dieses Mal wird es noch intensiver.

Willkommen zu einer Nacht, die Köln in dieser Form nur bei uns erlebt. Wir heben das Kinky-Erlebnis auf ein neues Level, sowohl physisch als auch atmosphärisch. Wenn du nach einer Kinky Party in Köln suchst, die musikalisch neue Wege geht, bist du hier genau richtig.

Vergiss kalte Industriehallen und monotonen Techno. Wir laden dich erneut in unsere Welt im Kölner Underground ein. Wir haben hart an der Planung gearbeitet: Diesmal erwartet euch eine deutlich größere Tanzfläche, eine Playarea (ihr könnt trotzdem überall spielen, nur nicht auf den Toiletten), ein Fotopoint und ein größerer Bereich zum Umziehen. Wir haben also noch mehr Platz für eure Ekstase – versprochen!

In unserem neuen, intimen Club bewahren wir trotzdem das Gefühl einer exzessiven, aber familiären House Party. Es ist die Anlaufstelle für alle, die eine sexpositive Atmosphäre mit Urban Vibes verbinden wollen.

🎵 RHYTHM & INTIMACY

Musikalisch brechen wir bewusst mit den Klischees der Szene. Bei uns diktiert der Beat die Bewegung. Wir spielen den Soundtrack für echte Körperlichkeit: Deep HipHop, smooth RnB, treibender Reggaeton und Latin Vibes.

Dieses Mal bringen wir auch genau die Songs mit ein, die ihr euch gewünscht habt. Es wird eng, es wird heiß und es wird getanzt. Die Musik ist sexy und genau deshalb ist unser Awareness-Konzept umso wichtiger. Wer eine Fetisch Party sucht, die statt industrieller Härte auf geschmeidige Beats setzt, wird unsere Playlist lieben.

Since 2018, Club 74 Reloaded catapults you back to a time when lovers of good rock music could enjoy it several times a week in the region. Regularly, we bring the legendary discotheque back to life for you. Whether you were there back then or not – for fans of alternative music, we bring the right vibes to the dance floor and take you through the entire spectrum of 60s beat, 70s hard & prog rock, 80s new wave, 90s alternative, up to today’s indie rock.

At the center are the many Club 74 classics, flanked by long-missing treasures, harder stuff, and of course, more recent smash hits of alternative music – those tracks that saw the end of the cult discotheque unfortunately come too soon.

Always in attendance are your hosts: The DJ from Club 74 in the 90s, namely DJ Bjoern, who shaped the club sound from '91 to '99, later had successful years at busters workshop, and of course our well-known DJ Bjørn (Club 74 DJ from '02 to '04) from “Neon Club” and the precursor event “The Green Empire.”

The small place Waldems-Esch is also known as the gateway to the Golden Ground. For many, however, it has long been primarily one thing: the gateway to unusual music off the mainstream.
When the “Club 74” opened its doors on March 8, 1974, as one of many discotheques of that time, no one would have thought that this would be the beginning of a nearly 33-year-long story. Initially located in the old hall of the inn “Zur Krone,” Club 74 quickly won a colorful mixed audience. Here, everyone celebrated together: 16 to 60-year-olds, hippies, metalheads, punks, darkwavers, and many others together with students and members of the nearby US Army bases.
“The Club,” as it was briefly called, established itself from a regional to a nationwide institution. Its founder Hans (†2017), the staff, and especially the hordes of DJs, the special audience, and the expressive dance style of many “club-goers” made Club 74 a legendary place, almost magical for many. There was no dress code or fear of embarrassment on the dance floor – whether barefoot or in high heels, in the club, people celebrated, danced, and made the night into day.
Even the FAZ recognized in May 1990: “The secret center of the world is, anyway, Club 74 in Waldems-Esch.”
The move from the Western-style dance hall to the comparatively sterile-looking premises in the industrial area on the 1st Christmas holiday 1994 represented a first break for some traditionalists. Nevertheless, another 12 years of club history were written afterward, and on the wrought-iron framed dance floor, people danced their feet sore.

When Club 74 closed its doors forever on December 26, 2006, it was for many the end of an era.

Two live DJs and DJ-Winke-Katze will be spinning simultaneously, and you get to choose which beats to follow.

At the entrance, you will receive a special "LED NEON Lights" wireless headphone and select the channel you want to listen to with a switch. And off you go, because you are right in the middle of the party, deciding how loud you want to hear the music. This "silent" party is just as colorful as it is crazy. In the background, it's actually really quiet, so for you: headphones on = party on, headphones off = party off. You have the freedom to choose!

With a glowing LED light, your friends can see which channel you are tuned into. It's a unique party experience that no one should miss!

! – Yes and no: It depends on the music being played and chosen by the guests through the headphones. If guests sing along, it’s loud; if there's more electrobeat favored, it tends to be quieter. That's precisely what's fun about the Silent Disco. Furthermore, you’ll save yourself from headaches the next day due to overly loud music. You alone decide how loud you want to listen to your music.

? – But then I can't talk with my friends!
! – Of course, you can. And even better than usual. Normally, you have to raise your voice quite a bit to be understandable by your friends. Here, you just take off your headphones or press the mute button to talk. If you want to hang out at the bar longer, put on your headphones and turn up the volume, so you can still hear the music.

? – Don’t you miss the thumping bass?
! – Definitely not! Since you are so intensely connected to the music with your headphones, you experience a completely different dance and music sensation that you won't even think about the thumping bass under your feet anymore.
