On Saturday, August 1, 2026, the Kulturhaus Schwanen invites you from 8 PM to the second Silent Disco Open Air Edition on Schwaneninsel in Waiblingen. The party will be celebrated until 11 PM in front of the open-air stage and in the beer garden – with wireless headphones, four selectable channels, and different sounds for a summer evening outdoors.
There are four channels available on the headphones: DJ Andy spins 70s and 80s hits, DJ The Man From California, resident of Vor12Club, brings a best-of from 2000s Hip-Hop, Pop, Dancehall, and Indie. DJ Nazım Sabuncu contributes his “Anatolian Retro Mixtape”: Anatolian sounds from the 1960s and 1970s mixed with funk, rock, and a touch of electro. The evening is enhanced by a live jukebox where the audience can request songs right on site.
The principle is simple: put on the headphones, choose a channel, adjust the volume yourself, and dance. Each color represents a different sound, making it visible who is on which musical track. Headphones off means a break, headphones on means keep partying. This way, 70s and 80s, 2000s flashbacks, Anatolian retro grooves, and spontaneous favorite songs come together on one dance floor.

And this is how it works:
At the box office, all guests receive a headphone for a 10 euro deposit and entry fee. Personal headphones cannot be used. The entry works on a solidarity principle: 5 / 10 / 15 euros, depending on your own ability. The headphone deposit must be paid in cash on-site.
