BILK 13 - this is Gert Blankenstein (Lead vocals, Bass), Nick Bauer (Guitar, Backings), and Alex Don (Drums). Frequently featuring as a special guest on vocals: Valeriia from The Lovekiller. The band is based in Düsseldorf.
BILK 13 tastes like an old town pizza at 2 a.m. after ten beers – greasy, loud, and surprisingly cool. Somewhere between post-punk, stoner rock, and alternative rock, BILK 13 constructs songs that sound simultaneously like the apocalypse, wild nights, and a rundown basement club. Sometimes dark and oppressive, sometimes anthemic and surprisingly hopeful – but always direct, raw, and with plenty of punch.
The latest singles showcase the full range of the band: With “Unter Wasser” (release date 01.07.2025), BILK 13 pushes their atmospheric-dark side to the limit. What began with “Die Flut” is consistently developed here: heavy sound waves, hypnotic tension arcs, and choruses that suddenly let light through the concrete.
That the band can do differently is proven by “C’est la vie” – a life-affirming kick in the gut in the spirit of the Düsseldorf punk rock school: direct, driving, and with attitude instead of pathos.
Since the album “manipuliert” (2020), the lyrics have been entirely in German. Production is uncompromisingly in DIY mode – like an old town pizzeria, where the same people knead the dough, shove the pizza in the oven, and still stand behind the counter at three in the morning.

KAISERSLAUGHTERIN - Metalcore Night at Cotton Club

MONASHEE
MONASHEE was founded in 2018 in Koblenz and has always musically moved somewhere between Metalcore and Alternative Metal.

DESIGNED TO FAIL
Designed to Fail is an emerging 4-member modern metal band from Southwest Germany (Trier & Kaiserslautern). Their music combines Djent, Deathcore, and Progressive Death Metal, effortlessly moving between powerful riffs and dark atmospheres.
What started in 2019 as a solo project by Anthony Dordell in the studio quickly evolved with singer Steven D. Mauro during early releases such as the Self-Destruct Trilogy (2020-21) and the single Blood Moon. Since then, the band has solidified its lineup with Öykü Ilgar on guitar, Charles Cawley on drums, and Matthew Young taking care of songwriting and production. With singles like "Smoke and Mirrors" and "Note to Self," they keep the momentum alive and released their album Scars to Remember in 2024 — a powerful mix of raw emotion and modern heavy Deathcore.
After Charles moved to the USA, Austin Pease took over the drums in 2025, bringing fresh energy to the band. Victoria Ludwig (alias Vicious Vicky), the drummer of Christmas, is currently filling in as drummer for live performances.

DEATH RIBBON
Death Ribbon weaves a certain eerie, intense sound into their music. Hailing from Bitburg in the South Eifel, the band's surroundings and influences are palpable, a kind of microclimate that seems to emerge from their rural home – sometimes rough, sometimes familiar, nostalgic. Thoughtful riffs and brutal breakdowns, paired with delicate melodies – unflinchingly, the five-member alternative metal band connects classic themes with Metalcore and Death Metal elements, always with a certain twist. The band was founded in late 2018 and soon began performing locally with sets from their self-produced album "The Sentient Stream." This was followed by gigs at regional shows and festivals, as well as the interim single release "Blackout."

ALL LIES DIED
The five guys from Saar and Pfalz have been delivering uncompromising Metalcore with Melodic Death and Modern Thrash influences for over ten years. Brutal shouts, driving riffs, and crashing breakdowns make their shows pure energy. After their album "Redeemer" (2018), they will bring brand-new songs in 2026 – raise your fists tonight for ALL LIES DIED!

DELUMINATE
Deluminate is a five-member metal band from the Koblenz area that creates an uncompromising mix of Death and Hardcore with brute energy and technical finesse. Their sound operates in the realm of modern Nucore: raw, intense, and atmospherically dense.
Since their founding in 2018, Deluminate has continuously evolved their style. Even in their early years, they made a name for themselves in various band contests and won awards for best stage performance as well as best guitarist. An early testament to their strong live concept and instrumental quality.
With their debut album The Human Condition (2020), they showcased a progressive sound that emphasized the band's enormous musical potential. They used the pandemic-related pause in live performances to creatively realign themselves.
The result: a completely revised live set that marks the next evolutionary stage of the band: harder, darker, more focused. The band is currently working on new releases that will consistently continue this development and further solidify their place in the modern metal landscape.
Deluminate stands for energetic live shows, musical depth, and a clear vision of what modern metal can be today.

At Skorts' very first gig, an amplifier exploded – whether that was just bad luck or somehow a sign is up for debate. The fact is: from that moment on, it was clear that this band doesn't come around quietly. Skorts are among the most exciting new bands from New York – their sound moves between Psych-Glam, Dark Wave Disco, and Post-Alt. With energetic shows and strong songwriting, Skorts captivates fans of all genres and age groups. One thing is clear: Skorts work especially well live. In a highly structured world, they are searching for something real, almost timeless – and their shows feel like a mix of spiritual experience and a damn good party.

DOOM GONG, founded in 2022 in Louisville, Kentucky, USA, by seven music students, has made a name for itself internationally with their self-created genre Denim Psych – a wild mix of Psychedelic Rock, Jazz-Fusion, Prog-Rock, Bedroom-Pop, Lo-Fi, contemporary classical, as well as blood, sweat, and a lot of denim.

Within just three years, the band released three rock opera-like LPs (DOOM GONG, Dream Behemoth, and MEGAGONG) and a live album (Live at the Whirling Tiger). This quickly made DOOM GONG a staple of the psychedelic scene in the USA and internationally. Their mysterious and seamless live shows have already played alongside big names like Amyl and the Sniffers, The Black Angels, BADBADNOTGOOD, Allah Las, King Buffalo, Bass Drum of Death, Death Valley Girls, and HOLY WAVE. The denim band also performs at numerous national and regional festivals across North America, including Treefort Music Fest (USA), Sled Island (Canada), Offbeat Music Fest (USA), Purple City Music Festival (Canada), Big Stomp (USA), Back Alley Ballyhoo (USA), Swampfest (Canada), Expansion Psychedelic Festival (USA), Moonshiners Ball (USA), and Jorts Fest (USA).
