A well-intentioned idea that quickly leads to heated discussions and puts the harmonious club world to a test. What rights must the majority grant to a minority? Is grilling a German cultural asset? And are vegetarians not actually a kind of community of faith?

"Extrawurst" is a comedy by the well-known comedy authors Dietmar Jacobs and Moritz Netenjakob, who have already been responsible for popular TV formats such as "Die Wochenshow", "Ladykracher", "Das Amt", or "Stromberg".

The Shoo-Shoos have hit the jackpot: permanent engagement as the house band in the brand-new luxury hotel "Savoy"! But there is a small problem – the hotel is not located in New York, not even in America... A noble, well-traveled businessman wants to establish American culture, high society, and jet set in his provincial hometown. For this, the commitment of the brilliant, original American swing band "The Shoo-Shoos" is to play a significant role.
However, when patron Schorsch Eisele III invites the crème de la crème of European nobility and celebrity to the grand opening gala, an uproar ensues after the celebrated performance of the "Shoo-Shoos."

The fifth show of the Shoo-Shoos is once again packed with excitement – with plenty of wit, charm, and sophistication, an absurd adventurous story has been woven together once more. And as usual, the music provides the framework that holds everything together.
Once again, interpretations from various genres and this time also original compositions can be heard – perfectly arranged for the three harmonizing female voices and the band.
