The band led by the Hamburg rock shouter Gert Lange, often compared to Joe Cocker, Reggie Worthy (Ike & Tina Turner, Eric Burdon), Eddie Filipp (Sweet, Inga Rumpf, Clem Clempson Band) & the guitar shooting star Krissy Matthews ("This guy is the real deal"/Beth Hart), blends heavy guitar blues rock as joyfully as it is steeped in tradition with soul, psychedelic, rhythm & blues, boogie & even excursions into jazz territories. The special guest that evening, Inga Rumpf, has celebrated international success for 50 years. Growing up in the Hamburg district of St. Georg, Inga Rumpf was already on stage at the age of 19 as the lead singer of the folk combo "City Preachers". With the rock bands "Frumpy“ and "Atlantis“, she achieved international success and toured the USA with superstars like Aerosmith & Lynyrd Skynyrd. In 2005, a dream comes true when B.B. King invites her on his farewell tour. The "Rolling Stone" once described Inga as "Germany's only rock, blues & gospel singer of world-class format". The all-star group is rounded off by the organist Frank Tischer (Miller Anderson, Spencer Davis Group). All together guarantee a musically high-caliber night with a late, joyful ending!
