Fäaschtbänkler - laut, liebevoll irre und komplett unvergleichlich
Fäaschtbänkler – this is not a band name, it is a promise: five Swiss guys who, with brass instruments and thumping basses, get the audience dancing, yodeling, and flipping out.
And they do it with such ease, as if it were the most natural thing in the world. They come from a world where cowbells are part of everyday life and the nearest club is 48 kilometers away – and yet they celebrate louder than any Berlin rooftop. No cast boy band, no polished influencers – but five real musicians and friends who have found their own form of entertainment between mountain air, brass instruments, and techno clubs: original, honest, and incredibly entertaining.
Their music? A firework of pop, brass music, electro, techno, and Oberkrainer sound. The instrumentation? As versatile as a Swiss army knife: trumpet, baritone, accordion, guitar, drums, clarinet, saxophone, steirische, alphorn, piano, e-bass – everything is allowed as long as it’s fun. Online as well as offline, they captivate their audience. Their videos spread like wildfire on Instagram, TikTok & Co., because they hit exactly the right note between a sense of home and laughing fits – without forgetting their roots.
And live? A force of nature: whether at Nova Rock, Frequency, or the Woodstock of brass music – they fill large halls, tear down stages, and get generations to sing along. Their shows are energetic, surprising, emotional – and often completely crazy. With gold and platinum hits like “ALL IN,” “Glück,” “Humpa Humpa,” or “Can You English Please,” they have long proven: This band doesn’t just play music – they live it. And those who have experienced them once know: There’s no way around the Fäaschtbänkler. Loud, lovingly crazy – and with a lot of heart. That’s the Fäaschtbänkler.
