Kießling&Kaffka have everything needed to become successful: They can sing, improvise, are funny, profound, quick, and extremely attractive. Both have over twenty years of stage experience and improvise in a virtuoso symbiosis like no other duo in music comedy. The two musical improv theater experts Nele Kießling and Jannis Kaffka have been performing, improvising, and touring across Germany since 2015 with their programs Abschiedskonzert and Jenseits. They are well-loved regular guests on the APEX stage.

Jens Heckermann „Wenn der Kauz singt“
He is known to a larger audience as the powerful crowd magnet “Pelvis” of the nationally successful A-Cappella group Füenf ( http://www.fuenf.com ).
While he shows his comedic side with Füenf, the exceptional singer now takes center stage and returns to his roots: A man, a guitar, an imaginary campfire, and an extraordinarily versatile voice that is unmatched.
What he brings along is his approachability, his love for stories, and his stunning voice.
The program features a mix of world hits from Tom Waits, Robert Johnson, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Marley alongside songs from songwriters such as Alela Delane, Foy Vance, up to his own expressive German songs.
Each song is transformed by the award-winning singer into an unparalleled event.
Just when the warm winds of the South Seas caress you with a pirate song, he soon lures you into the cold nights of the big city, followed by an intense, intimate love song, and shortly after you can hear the wolves howling in the wilderness.
Jens Heckermann alias “Kauz” manages to captivate the audience with stories around these songs on a unique, fantastic journey of thoughts.
While the first evenings took place outdoors, he now brings his program “Wenn der Kauz singt” to the theaters, small art, and club stages of the nation.
