Ansa Sauermann 2025/2026
“His first single 'Foto' was released in 2014 on the same-named EP. Since then, Ansa Sauermann has released three albums and 40 songs. In 2017 'Weisse Liebe', in 2020 'Trümmerlotte', and finally in 2023 'Du kriegst was du brauchst'. Whether solo, in a trio, or as a 5-member band, over the years Ansa has played his way into the hearts of his fans. In 2023, he was involved for the first time in a film soundtrack for 'Sophia, der Tod und ich' and the following year he was also seen in the much-acclaimed Element of Crime documentary 'Wenn es dunkel und kalt wird in Berlin' by Charly Hübner. As a support for Faber, again in 2025 with Element of Crime, or on his own tours, the Dresden native, who has long found happiness in Vienna, has lost none of his joy of performing and is far from being done.
Currently, he is in the middle of recording his fourth album, which is expected to be released in March 2026. After impressing with softer tones on his third and final album 'Du kriegst was du brauchst', he is going all out on his fourth record. The acoustic guitar, which dominated the past, is increasingly being swapped for electric guitars, and melancholic daydreaming gives way to furious disbelief. His goal is not to point fingers at others but rather to lay bare the uncomfortable and pointed wounds of our time. But as always with Ansa Sauermann, romance is not lacking, providing us with stability and confidence in times of increasing uncertainty and division. Because what else is worth fighting for and keeping hope alive, if not for love.
