RIAN "BLUMENDISKO TOUR 2026"
RIAN is on a roll – from newcomer to platinum indie pop star, AMADEUS award winner, and live magnet: The Austrian musician & entertainer is on heavy rotation in major radio stations and sells out one tour after another – with crazy growing venue sizes! Now the successful artist with the charmingly smart German lyrics has announced his debut album "Blumendisko" and confirmed another tour for November 2026. What a life for RIAN – absolutely mega! A little over two years ago, RIAN was still a – albeit hotly talked about – newcomer who gained attention with his first songs in German. "Schwarzes Schaf" went viral in 2023 and provided a taste of the breakthrough of the indie artist, who scores points everywhere with contemporary and unembarrassing mainstream compatibility.
And: RIAN is anything but a one-hit wonder! His German-speaking indie pop, combined with smart comedy and socio-political relevance for a good cause – fully danceable from the front, deep around the corner, (self-)critical and always empathetic – delivered a number of very successful singles in rapid succession. The pop line from the feet through the heart to the head has rarely felt so correct.
In 2024, RIAN then hit the charts with "Verwandtschaftstreffen" from the of the same name EP: He landed at number 1 in the Austrian Shazam charts, the Austria Viral charts, and the Ö3 Austro charts. The song was awarded Gold and Platinum in Austria and is on heavy rotation on the biggest radio stations, counting over 37 million streams and winning an incredible three Amadeus Austrian Music Awards in 2025!
On the tour for the EP, the hit, but above all his reputation as an excellent live entertainer, led to sold-out venues: After a completely sold-out "Verwandtschaftstreffen Tour 2025" – all German dates were completely sold out including high relocations and additional shows – and a tour finale in Vienna with over 3,000 fans, further sold-out reports followed for the spring tour '26.
Just in time for the sold-out ride, which will take him to a different city in Germany, Austria, & Switzerland almost daily for two weeks in February and March, "Blumendisko" will be released, the first album from the Austrian – well, of course – also available on vinyl, already available for pre-order!
