Between cumbersome and pleasing, the smallest orchestra in the world is created with double bass and voice. Avoiding genre clichés, the duo serves soundscapes between pop noir and garage jazz with a few blue notes.

Raw and intuitive, refined but not overthought. Soft, yet with edges. Minimal in form, maximal in effect. A voice gently dances around the woody depths of the double bass, accompanied by reduced guitar harmonies. Sometimes airy light, sometimes pressing warm, sometimes experimental, always lo-fi. “Urban living room swing” (NN Stefan Gnad) that makes you snap your fingers.

The two have used their baby break in 2025 to write new songs, finish composing, arrange back and forth, rehearse, and most importantly, record. The long-awaited new album will be released at the end of 2026.

VRONSY is an emerging musician from Nuremberg, hovering between soul, jazz nuances, and large emotions. Between the intimacy of a jazz club and the radiance of modern pop moments, she has found her own sound space. Her songs are full of emotions and a voice that sounds both vulnerable and powerful. Live, she will perform in a duo, complemented by her brother and musical companion Tobi Lux on piano.
