17. KOMISCHE NACHT FRANKFURT
The Komische Nacht is one of the most successful live comedy formats in Germany. In the most beautiful cafés, restaurants, and venues of a city, you will experience an entertaining and lively evening – with the best entertainment from various comedians, cabaret artists, and other humorists. No Komische Nacht is like another.
The Komische Nacht offers a colorful and exciting cross-section of the current comedy scene in Germany. In each venue, up to 5 comedians perform for about 20 minutes each on one evening. The best part: at the Komische Nacht, you do not need to wander from place to place to see different comedians. You just need to get an entry ticket for your favorite venue, and we will “serve” you several artists. At the Komische Nacht, it is actually the comedians who move between the venues. Down from one stage, up to the next. This is truly a comedy marathon for both the artists and the audience.
Whether it's a restaurant or a student pub, a cultural center or a hair salon, a cinema hall or a cocktail bar – the venues of the Komische Nacht are just as diverse as the comedians performing here. However, the fun factor is the same everywhere. At the Komische Nacht, laughter is the focus. And because laughing alone can sometimes seem a bit odd, it's best to go with friends, colleagues, or – depending on the strength of your humor – the in-laws to a Komische Nacht. Together you can laugh, enjoy delicious food and drinks, and have plenty of time during the breaks between performances to relax and chat.
By the way, the first Komische Nacht took place in 2008 in the city center of Oldenburg. Meanwhile, this unique comedy marathon regularly occurs in over 40 German cities (including Bielefeld, Frankfurt, Hanover, Kassel, Lübeck, Münster, and Oldenburg).
Doors open at around 5:00 PM.
