»Die Band, die keiner kennt«
Who are they? Four figures in patent leather boots, rings and chains, hard to understand – never seen here before. Hair like grass, tailored suit, fur on the face – we don't know them. While the locals are still pondering, the strangers unpack their bags, build strange things together, and suddenly it's clear: The ones nobody knows here, that's a band! Off-key notes, complicated tempo, nobody in rhythm, lyrics without meaning – everyone wants to join in! A clear message to every band that (still) nobody knows: Just get started and have fun with those you meet!
The award-winning author and illustrator Nadia Budde invites you to an interactive reading with animation and music: "Die Band, die keiner kennt" will be read, musically staged, partially shown as an animated film, and playfully continued with the children.
