LaBrassBanda
Special Guest: Souljam & Kellerkommando
LaBrassBanda:
Anyone who has ever been to a LaBrassBanda concert knows that summer is going to be sweaty. With their unparalleled mix of brass, pop, techno, and ska, the leather-clad punks notoriously leave no stone unturned and turn every concert into a party where no one can stay still. Here, everyone dances, hops, and sings all the way to the back row. It’s quite possible that the concerts will feature one or two new songs as well.
Always fitting for summer is the LoveBeer, which LaBrassBanda launched together with Schneider Weisse, the oldest wheat beer brewery in the world, in 2022. A musically sparkling composition that demands many encores and is available in well-stocked beverage stores. LaBrassBanda goes TV: In the 4th season of the award-winning Sky hit series "Babylon Berlin," which aired from October 2022, the band made a guest appearance with the new song "Teufelstanz," which turns out to be a high-speed yodel. Another appearance took place in the BR crime scene "Königinnen," which was aired in the ARD in spring 2023. The film score comes from Stefan Dettl, as does that of the Amazon Prime series "Behind the Legend" about FC Bayern Munich, which is already available. We are now incredibly excited to welcome LaBrassBanda to our Marktplatz Hallstadt in summer 2025.
Kellerkommando:
At the beginning was the idea to mix Franconian folk music with modern sounds. The Bamberg band has now played its way into the hearts of countless people from the North Sea to the Alps. As Franconian cultural ambassadors, the five men have even been to Ukraine and Mexico. Their unique mix of driving beats, powerful brass from trumpet and trombone, hefty synth basses, and incredibly catchy earworms (those Franconian earworms from grandma's and grandpa's record collection!) makes legs move and throats sing.
There’s a lot of party in here, a bit of ska, a pinch of electro, a chunk of punk, a touch of Kerwa, even metalheads happily shake their hair and legs. As colorful as the music is, so is the mix in the audience: people between 0 and 100 years old rub their eyes in surprise that they ended up at the same concert, all having fun together when Kellerkommando starts its Franconian anthems.
SoulJam:
"Rap meets Rock"! The simple yet obvious slogan not only captures the union of two genres, but also serves as a guiding motif for the fusion of its components: catchy messages meet danceable grooves, hip-hop typical freestyles mix with official rock riffs. For more than 10 years, SoulJam has been filling the streets and stages of the republic with their creed – as a top-notch live band and with various recordings in tow.
