OSTROCK KLASSIK deluxe - Die OSSIS & Das Berlin Symphonie Ensemble

The Ossis and the Berlin Symphony Ensemble present a journey through the rock history of the GDR.
The GDR is history. But Ostrock has survived. Ostrock is unique. It was never just considered entertainment music. It conveyed much more about the universe, earth, and humanity, delivered hidden messages, and continues to accompany entire generations through love, frustration, and anger.
Titles like “Am Fenster”, “Bataillon d‘Amour”, “Am Abend mancher Tage”, or “Der blaue Planet” are the cult hits of the East. Rich in content and timeless, known and loved. “Ostrock Deluxe Klassik” is a symphony of classical music and rock. The “Berlin Symphony Ensemble” and “Die Ossis”, whose band members all come from the former East Rock scene and had their musical roots in Rockhaus, Scirocco, WIR, the Gaukler, the Dirk-Michaelis band, and other combos, have Ostrock in their blood. A compilation of the greatest cult hits of the East will be presented, symphonically accompanied and played authentically.

Rock Legends In Symphony - performed by Symphonika

Rock Legends In Symphony performed by Symphonika launches an elaborately produced concert show where classical and modern meet directly. A 5-member live band performs alongside a 20-member orchestra under the direction of a conductor. Lights, lasers, LED walls, and projections set the scene. This creates an evening concert that showcases the great anthems of rock history in fresh, orchestral arrangements – close, powerful, and with a clear musical line.

The Show Details
The program features songs by Queen, Pink Floyd, Europe, The Beatles, Scorpions, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Guns N’ Roses, The Rolling Stones, among others. The songs gain an additional symphonic dimension and unfold a new effect live – acoustically as well as visually. In addition to fast-paced highlights, reduced acoustic passages provide purposefully set contrasts that emphasize the emotionality of the music.

Special Guests
The best doubles of the iconic front figures perform as special guests: Axl Rose & Slash (Guns N’ Roses), Freddie Mercury (Queen), and Brian Johnson & Angus Young (AC/DC). They interact with the band and orchestra to deliver authentic moments – without losing the character of a concert evening. Precise arrangements, a clear band sound, and cinematic visuality shape the atmosphere in which rock history comes alive.

Timeless Masterpieces
The great classics remain some of the most listened-to titles on streaming platforms today and connect generations.
