The Capital ist mehr als nur ein Event – es ist ein globales Treffen voller Leidenschaft und unbändiger Energie; ein Event, das man fühlt. Tänzer*innen aus aller Welt kommen zusammen, um zu lernen, gegeneinander anzutreten und ihre Liebe zur Kunst zu teilen. Kulturen verbinden sich und Kreativität kann sich entfalten – Tanz sagt mehr als Worte.
Mit Workshops unter der Leitung internationaler Lehrer*innen, hochkarätigen Battles in verschiedenen Tanzstilen und unvergesslichen Abendvorstellungen ist das Erlebnis von Anfang bis Ende intensiv und inspirierend.
Programmablauf:
Zum Auftakt m 4. Juni laden wir euch herzlich zur großen Shows Night ein! An diesem Abend könnt ihr euch mit euren Performances auf der Bühne präsentieren! Wir freuen uns auf eure kurzen und inspirierenden Beiträge verschiedener Tanzstile.
Wer mitmachen und teilnehmen möchte, kann sich auf instagramm unter @thecapital_dance_battle bis spätestens 10. Mai verbindlich für eine Teilnahme an der Show anmelden.
Der Freitag steht ganz im Zeichen unserer 7-to-Smoke-Battles, unterteilt in den Kategorien Krump, Hip-Hop und Allstyle. Wer kann sich mit seinem Tanzstil und Moves behaupten?
Die Anmeldungen zu den Battles starten um 17 Uhr; nach jeweils einer Stunde trifft eine Jury, bestehend aus professionellen Tänzer*innen, eine Vorauswahl und schickt die Gewinner*innen in die nächste Runde.
Samstag ist unser Main Event! Bevor es zu den Battles geht, laden wir zu einem Workshop mit OG Fudd (USA), aus der 2. Generation des Krump. Anschließend kann sich zu den nachfolgenden Battles in den Kategorien 1vs1 Krump Newcomers, 1vs1 Krump Heavy Hitters und 2vs2 Allstyles angemeldet werden; der Abend endet mit dem Ehrung des oder der Gewinner*in des Tages-Battles.
The Capital vol 6 endet am Sonntag mit zwei großartigen Workshops: mit Silent (Paris, Frankreich) konnten wir eine der krassesten Female Tänzerinnen der Szene gewinnen, die uns an ihrem tänzerischen Können teilhaben lässt. Für den zweiten Workshop haben wir niemand Geringeren wie Rucboi the son of krump (USA) engagiert! Freut euch auf großartigen Austausch mit inspirierenden Lehrer*innen. Das viertägige fulminante Krump-Event endet mit der Präsentation von Tanz-Sessions und eines Call-out-Battles.

Friday is all about our 7-to-Smoke Battles, divided into the categories of Krump, Hip-Hop and Allstyle. Who can hold their own with their dance style and moves?
Registration for the battles starts at 5 pm; after an hour, a jury consisting of professional dancers will make a shortlist and send the winners through to the next round.
Saturday is our main event! Before the battles begin, we’re hosting a workshop with OG Fudd (USA), a second-generation Krump artist. Afterwards, you can sign up for the upcoming battles in the categories 1vs1 Krump Newcomers, 1vs1 Krump Heavy Hitters and 2vs2 Allstyles; the evening concludes with the presentation of the award to the winner of the day’s battle.
The Capital vol 6 wraps up on Sunday with two fantastic workshops: We’ve managed to secure Silent (Paris, France), one of the most incredible female dancers on the scene, who will be sharing her dance skills with us. For the second workshop, we’ve booked none other than Rucboi the son of krump (USA)! Look forward to a fantastic exchange with inspiring teachers. The four-day spectacular krump event concludes with dance sessions and a call-out battle.
