The famous quote from Georg Büchner's "hessischem Landboten" is the motto for a city tour about the Gießen student and playwright of "Woyzeck". His revolutionary conspiracy against princely arbitrariness is still as exciting today as it was back then. Actor Rainer Hustedt takes you on a journey to the Gießen of the years 1833/34, when the rural population suffered from hunger, up to modern society today. In addition to quotes from Büchner's life and work, the city's history of Gießen will not be neglected.

The self-confident cowgirl Calamity meets two upright Swabian brothers who are seeking their fortune in the Wild West. The three get caught in a furious whirlwind of action-packed comedy, crazy misunderstandings, and adventurous mix-ups.

And there are original Western characters that haven't made it into the official history books: funny undertakers, shot salon pianists, woke Indians with a penchant for self-sticking, corruptible horses, and trigger-happy prairie dogs...

And of course, the main actors (who not only play all supporting characters but also enjoy portraying a dried-up cactus when the production budget doesn't stretch to a real one). The Cologne cabaret artist Dagmar Schönleber is there, Uli Boettcher of course, Udo Zepezauer as well as the all-around musician Sascha Bendiks.

Ornamenta is a cultural program in Pforzheim and the Nordschwarzwald region that takes place from July 5 to September 29, 2024. On new routes with art and design, visitors experience exhibitions, public artworks as permanent installations, and events at more than 20 locations in the Nordschwarzwald.

For three months, the municipalities in the region are expanded through five thematic neighborhoods. These new communities with the names Inhalatorium, Solartal, Bad Databrunn, Schmutzige Ecke, and Zum Eros address topics that concern the people of the region and Europe alike. From sunshine and clean air to social taboos and technology, each thematic community serves as a place of interaction: local associations showcase unexpected partnerships with international cultural practitioners, traditional institutions meet progressive artists, regional industries are enriched by ideas from young designers.

When flamethrowers, fire arches, rockets, and an oversized cooking pot are part of the standard equipment for a stage performance, we rightfully think first of a music group from Berlin. The German band FEUERENGEL has proven to be deceptively authentic and meeting this claim since its inception, putting one thing above all else: originality and authenticity. Equipped with professional pyrotechnics and attention to detail, FEUERENGEL has evolved into the undisputed best Rammstein tribute band.
When singer Boris Delic founded the band FEUERENGEL, he was a pioneer, creating the first and still the most convincing Rammstein tribute band to date. When FEUERENGEL takes the stage, in order to meet the standards of originality, nothing should be lacking. A hot fire show, theatrical stage performance with daring excursions, refined musical and vocal abilities, and last but not least, the visual resemblance make the sensory illusion a reality. The six musicians never lose sight of the most important goal: having fun playing is the focus.
The musicians can particularly look forward to two highlights. In 1998, FEUERENGEL played in Berlin at the invitation of their idols, when Rammstein received double platinum and gold for their albums "Sehnsucht" and "Herzeleid." Seven years later, Rammstein invited their musical doppelgängers again to perform the live program at the Olympic Stadium as part of further band awards.
