HEAVYSAURUS announce big "POMMESGABEL TOUR 2024" and new album
Kids want to rock! HEAVYSAURUS are four dinosaurs and a dragon who bring rock music for the whole family to the stage - a real live experience with kid-friendly lyrics and a bombastic show. A new album will be released in February, and the band will embark on a big "POMMESGABEL TOUR 2024"!
Even the youngest fans already know the pommesgabel: index finger and pinky finger stretched out, hand proudly raised upwards - the sign of recognition for all rockers and dino-metalheads of all ages. That's why the next HEAVYSAURUS album has to be called "POMMESGABEL." It will be released on February 2, 2024, and will continue the story of the five musical prehistoric beings in brand new songs.
Once again, HEAVYSAURUS will offer powerful riffs, great melodies, and captivating drum beats that the little (or big) listeners can sing, dance, and go wild to as they please. Real rock music, sometimes wild, sometimes quiet, with lyrics specifically for the littlest biggest fans. The first taste is already out with the single "Luna - unser Hund," followed by the next song "Flugsaurier" at the end of July.
To celebrate the album properly, HEAVYSAURUS (and the five professional musicians who wear the cool dino costumes and play live) will be on the move starting in February: The "POMMESGABEL TOUR 2024" will make stops in over 100 cities to offer a unique concert experience for 3- to 11-year-olds and their companions of all ages: Four dinos and a dragon, with real instruments on a big stage, with light spectacles, fog, spark showers, balloons, and confetti. And of course, with the songs that many children (and parents) can already sing along to, such as "Kaugummi ist mega," "Stark wie ein Tiger," and of course "Rarrr," the battle cry of the dinos often shouted loudly by many smiling mouths. All five green-scaled musicians are also looking forward to finally playing new songs from the "POMMESGABEL" album.
HEAVYSAURUS have already completed over 300 shows in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in recent years, consistently impressing not only the children but also their parents and grandparents. Because every Heavysaurus concert is a spectacle for the whole family. The result: sold-out halls, great atmosphere, and happy rockers of all ages. And at home, the songs from the two albums "Rock’n’Rarrr Music" (2018) and "Retter der Welt" (2020) run on a loop, which are also well-received by parents.
"We have always been keen to convey the fun of rock music and heavy metal to children," explains lead singer Mr. Heavysaurus. "We are delighted that we can offer some little fans their very first concert experience! Everyone in the band has loved live music for, well, 65 million years. It's great when our little friends find just as much fun in it." The "real" Tyrannosaurus Rex adds confidently: "And of course, we want to capture the hearts of all metal fans, really. At our shows, parents, grandparents, and older siblings have fun too. The POMMESGABEL TOUR will be an experience - promised. Big dino honor."
By the way: In 2024, young Dino-Metalheads can once again meet Riffi Raffi (guitar), Muffi Puffi (bass), Komppi Momppi (drums), Milli Pilli (keyboards), and, of course, Mr. Heavysaurus himself. There will be limited VIP ticket contingents available, allowing the littlest biggest fans to meet the dinos, shake their paws, and take photos with them.
In addition, Heavysaurus are now official brand ambassadors of 'Die Arche,' a nationwide organization in Germany that advocates for disadvantaged children and their families. "Our partnership with Die Arche reflects our commitment not only to making great music for children but also to having a positive impact on their lives," explains Michael Thiesen from Frechdachs Entertainment. "Together, we want to create a world where all children have the opportunity to realize their dreams. The cooperation with Die Arche is close to our hearts. We believe that music has the power to touch and connect people. By collaborating with Die Arche, we want to help children in difficult life situations and show them that they are not alone."
For parents: The concerts are held in the afternoons and with adjusted volume. Wherever possible, there is a special children's area in front of the stage with the best view for the little ones. And don't worry: The dinos don't bite.
