Pierre Charial Organ grinder,
Michael Riessler Bass clarinet,
Lorenzo Riessler Drums
If there is an instrument that one does not expect at a jazz concert, it is the organ grinder. And yet, Pierre Charial has managed to make his mechanical piano the ideal companion for the clarinet of Michael Riessler and the drums of Lorenzo Riessler. Together with Michael Riessler, he created an original repertoire that is based on a central musical theme reflecting the idea of simultaneity of the digital and the analog, of complexity and minimalism, of creation and destruction, of repetition and surprise, of utopia and dystopia in a narrative full of secrets.

The Improdimensija Orchestra was founded by Liudas Mockunas and Arnas Mikalkenas at the Vilnius Jazz Festival. In Strasbourg, Liudas Mockunas and Marc Ducret unite the crème de la crème of French musicians with the Lithuanian orchestra for an extraordinary project off the beaten path. While the name Liudas Mockunas stands for fascinating compositions that represent an explosive mixture of free jazz and lyricism, the guitarist Marc Ducret is known for the plurality of forms and formats, for diversity of sound and technique, creating completely unexpected music.
