The opening of the concert series "Junge Pianisten" at Kloster Medingen will be held by Oksana Goretska on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 19:30. The piano evening will take place in the festival hall of Kloster Medingen.
Oksana Goretska was born in October 2000 in Kherson (Ukraine) and received her first piano lessons at the age of six. In 2010, she was accepted into the class of Prof. Stephan Imorde at the young academy rostock (yaro). Since then, she has impressed as a soloist and chamber musician, notably at the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival and various university and yaro events.
In 2014, she performed with four other yaro students at the lunch concert at the Berlin Philharmonic and played at the espresso concert of the Konzerthaus Berlin in November 2015. Oksana has already performed four times as a soloist with the Neubrandenburger Philharmonie and participated three times in the funding project "young artists in residence" at the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm.
In May 2016, she was awarded a first prize (25 points) in the Duo Piano/Woodwind category at the national competition "Jugend musiziert." In 2017, she achieved a second prize in the Solo Piano category there. In 2018, she received a scholarship from the Rotary Club Rostock.
In April 2022, she was heard as part of "Podium der Jungen" at NDR Kultur. In September of the same year, she performed together with musicians from the Neubrandenburger Philharmonie the Schumann Quartet in E-flat major, op. 47 at the Schauspielhaus Neubrandenburg.

Sigrid Behrens' piece "En Suite - Alone with Audrey Hepburn" deals with the true life of this extraordinary woman. Prof. William Chattney is dead. He was a famous scientist. However, before the will can be read, the life of the deceased must be reconstructed with the help of the guests. Actually no problem, if it weren't for Detective Johnson. He is investigating because Chattney's death is a violent crime.

Who killed Chattney and how? What was he researching? And what secret did he take to the grave? The notary Mr. Green and his faithful assistant Manfred have their hands full: They are checking the security cameras of the estate, reading with the help of Herbert Wandschneider from the future, and Dr. Sten-Gelle combines cosmic energy with science, just to solve the riddle. In the end, however, it is Extreme Norbert, supported by the audience, who initiates the turnaround.

The actors spontaneously involve the audience again and again with their many years of experience as improvisational artists in the crime story. Culinary delights and entertainment, unpredictable developments and astonishing twists alternate.
