Silvie Breton, an aspiring fashion designer, receives what seems to be a dream internship with the famous fashion icon Charlotte Sandler. However, the glamorous job turns out to be a nightmare. Silvie has to do all the work for the new collection while Charlotte shines at events. Just before the long-awaited fashion show, Charlotte forces Silvie to completely renovate the event hall in a last-minute rush. In addition, she is supposed to give up her hotel room to the band "The Dark Fairground." Last but not least, she hands Silvie her lapdog FrouFrou and heads off to her next vernissage. When a blood-curdling scream rings out and the police cannot arrive in time, Silvie remembers her father, village policeman Luc Breton, and starts her own investigation. What has happened? Were there any fatalities?

Knight Hannes von Wambach is fat, no longer the youngest and also broke. But he still believes he can have any woman – at least he thinks so. So he starts pursuing the married and above all wealthy Mrs. Horn from Griesheim. However, he encounters the wrong one! He is tossed into the river along with his dirty laundry, chased out of the house in women's clothes, and teased in the midnight forest. Meanwhile, Mrs. Horn and her daughter Ännchen bring the chronically jealous Mr. Horn to his senses and find Ännchen a dashing fiancé from a circle of rather dim-witted suitors.

“This is from Shakespeare and takes place in Windsor!” True. But the Main quickly replaces the Thames, Frankfurt takes the place of London, Sir John Falstaff becomes Knight Hannes, and in the end, “the lusdischen Weiber von Griesheim” laugh.

Thomas Scheytt is considered "one of the best contemporary Boogie and Blues pianists. He combines high pianistic skill with an incredible, deeply felt variety of expression" (Jazzpodium Deutschland).

Scheytt is one of the busiest musicians in the European blues and boogie scene. He has been a guest for over 20 years not only as a soloist but also with his trio Boogie Connection in jazz clubs and festivals at home and abroad - four times at the world-famous New Orleans Jazz Festival in Ascona.

Scheytt has received several awards. His CD Blues Colours was nominated for the German Record Critics' Award, and he won the German Blues Award twice in 2015.
