German-Italian Swing Quartet

From a chance encounter between the Bremerhaven guitarist Jörg Seidel and the accordionist Roberto Gervasi from Palermo in November 2024, the idea for an ensemble quickly emerged, which was already in the studio in March 2025 to record a CD.

Gervasi brought the clarinetist Nicola Giammarinaro along, and Seidel convinced bassist Jean-Philippe Wadle to join the band… the “German-Italian Swing Quartet” was born.
