In the last program, the ladies joyfully celebrated their 25th anniversary. There’s no end in sight for the next 100 years! So - Weiter geht’s
Just the beginning alone. The ladies storm the stage, an overwhelming chaos with overflowing fun and contagious good mood. Experience teaches: As soon as the first song has faded, the stage and hall tremble in competition.
And they can sing anyway! Sometimes surprisingly delicate like angels, then unexpectedly dirty, yet they still let heart-opening magical chords resonate. Along with that, various expressive solo voices converse with the entire choir.
The Damenlikörchor takes its audience through an evening full of song and sound, cheerfulness, and drama. The crisis-tested ladies have something to say on all topics close to women. About world-shaking and everyday matters, about the big and the small, which become ever larger when you take a good look.
There will also be dancing! There is plenty of talent, all choreographies are, of course, perfectly synchronized, just sometimes, in the spirit of the ladies, not at the same time.
In harmonious color variety, the women from Hamburg of all ages and sizes have, of course, dressed up extravagantly. The dresses, hairstyles, and necklines of the singers set the tone for the music - surprise costume changes are not excluded.
They show the audience and the rest of the world what it sounds like when female power, irresistible eroticism, and determined steps celebrate life, love, and happiness.
All this is finely designed, arranged, and conducted by the lady tamer Mathias Weibrich. Pianist Jörg Hochapfel takes over the virtuosic accompaniment. Two guys with rhythm and tuxedos – it hardly gets hotter.
And when you go home after the concert, you can be easily recognized by the broad smile.
