Blacksheep is launching the pre-sale for the summer spectacle in Bonfeld Castle Park with an Early Bird promotion
The Bonfeld cultural initiative blacksheep is starting the pre-sale for its 2. blacksheep Sommerfest. On Saturday, June 27, the initiative will again present a one-day spectacle in Bonfeld Castle Park. Once again, there will be a high-profile international line-up, a varied supporting program, and another band on a small stage in the beer garden. There will be an area with play stations for children, a VIP area with gourmet cuisine, free camping, free parking, a monitored bike parking area, and much, much more.
And of course, Max Mutzke will perform as the top act. He was already announced by the cultural initiative blacksheep for the 1. blacksheep Sommerfest in June 2025. Booker Edgar Heckmann has brought him the Finnish band Steve’n’Seagulls and rock diva Vanja Sky from Croatia.
Date: Saturday, June 27, 2026. Tickets are available from 59 euros.

Max Mutzke (Germany)
Max Mutzke is a top German musician who has always remained true to himself. He is a multi-talented artist: as a singer, as an author, and as one who engages socially in various ways. He simply captivates us, which is why we have booked him for Saturday, June 27, 2026, starting at 10:30 PM.
He is undoubtedly one of the busiest and most versatile artists the country has to offer. His talent, his creative adaptability, and his down-to-earth nature are the three main pillars on which the success of this singer-songwriter is based.
His greatest success: "Can't wait until tonight".
On his autobiographical album "Wunschlos süchtig," he can be heard completely in German for the very first time. With "Beste Idee" – the track chosen by ARD as the official theme song for the broadcast of the 2021 Olympic Games – and "Dieselbe Sonne," further singles from this album followed.
Max Mutzke impresses his audience not only with his distinctive voice but also with his versatility. This has been proven through his collaborations with various artists, including successful jazz greats like Klaus Doldinger, Till Brönner, Marialy Pacheco, and the SWR Big Band.
He continues to achieve success on television: in 2019, Max Mutzke won the first edition of the TV show "The Masked Singer" dressed as an astronaut, and at the beginning of 2021, his first own TV format "Lebenslieder" premiered on ARD, which had its continuation in April 2022. Max Mutzke has released eight studio albums and two live albums to date. His current album XX was released on October 11. A first taste of it was given by the single "Forever Strong," with which Max participated in the ESC pre-selection 2024 on February 16, as well as the songs "Bedingungslos" (released on May 3) and "California Spider" (released on August 9). He is currently present in various television formats. And so we look forward to seeing this exciting artist again on Saturday, June 27, 2026, starting at 10:30 PM in Bonfeld Castle Park.
Steve'n'Seagulls (Finland)
Alongside Max Mutzke, blacksheep presents Steve'n'Seagulls from Finland, the band they brought to Germany in 2017, which has since rocked the stages of the country, including Wacken. Metal Hammer writes about the band, which became known with their cover version of AC/DC's "Thunderstruck":
"These fabulous Finns perform as exuberant hillbillies, turning well-known rock and metal songs into cool country numbers. They prove (...) taste, musicianship, and humor, making it fun and rocking at the same time! "Thunderstruck" delights with a banjo intro and a Humppa highlight, while Rammstein's "Ich will" impresses not only with a clear German pronunciation but also with the singing sailors' choir at the end. Even the overplayed "Nothing Else Matters" (originally by Metallica) can be spiced up by the five cheeky farmers with a variety of accordion play."
At the blacksheep Festival, the friendly Finns had their audience under control from the first note. That’s why they have been booked again: If summer festival, then Steve'n'Seagulls.
Vanja Sky (Croatia)
We know her from the blacksheep Festival 2024, where she rocked the village stage. According to her own words, blacksheep knew back then that this was a musician who belongs on the big stage. Therefore, she has been booked again for the 2. blacksheep Sommerfest.
She is Croatia's answer to Sheryl Crow and Norah Jones. She comes from the blues, recorded her debut album "Bad Penny" at the Bessie Blues Studios in Stantonville, Tennessee, released a duet with singer Carl Sentance in 2002, who has worked with the successful Scottish hard rock band Nazareth and the solo band of Deep Purple keyboardist Don Airey, and captivated the audience at the blacksheep Festival 2024 with her performance.
Vanja Sky frequently collaborates with German guitarist Guenter Haas, who has recorded albums and toured worldwide with Schiller, Gregorian, Sarah Brightman, Udo Lindenberg, Cindy Lauper, Scotty Moore, and many others.
With "reborn," Vanja has arrived in the rock scene without losing her roots in blues. The title stands for new beginnings, rebirth, and development. The volunteers of the blacksheep cultural initiative Bonfeld are delighted to provide Vanja Sky with the right stage at the grand castle park stage. And that the audience can experience her there on Saturday, June 27, starting at 6:30 PM.
Concert start: 5:00 PM
