In our event room, we present a fascinating exhibition about the Federation of European Carnival Cities (FECC), which has been preserving and connecting carnival heritage worldwide for 46 years.
Experience the diversity of international carnival traditions at Hugendubel. Photos depict the vibrant activities of distant carnival cities. The exhibition shows how diverse and lively this custom is shaped from continent to continent - from ancient traditions to modern forms of celebration.
Cottbus, with over 25 years of FECC membership, is also part of this international carnival family. Discover with us how close and yet how distant the worlds of carnival are.
