Adventszauber 2025 - Musikalische Glanzlichter
The Advent season 2025 also begins again with a concert highlight of the extra class. Musikalische Glanzlichter lights up the "Adventszauber" in the Cannstatter Stadtkirche for the 11th time – traditionally on the 1st Advent, which falls this year on Sunday, November 30th. For years, this event has thrilled music lovers from near and far. "Engaging and compelling," "Performances of high quality," "A delightful experience," are just a few comments from an enthusiastic audience. This year, the event once again offers a wide musical palette. Our interpreters ensure that:
Kevin Tarte, celebrated musical star and original Krolock from "Tanz der Vampire," is already a regular guest at the event. His numerous fans in and around Stuttgart are always thrilled when the powerful and charismatic singer, who reflects on more than 30 years of career in Germany, takes the stage. Recently, he has frequently been seen in productions at the Festspielhaus Neuschwanstein in Füssen as Schattenmann in the musical "Ludwig 2" or as Rabanus in "Die Päpstin," or also in Ralph Segel's masterpiece "Zeppelin" as Jim Cagney.
Anyone who claims that an artist cannot also impress in various musical disciplines does not know Misha Kovar. She is now one of the most popular musical singers in Europe, playing one lead role after another at the Festspielhaus Neuschwanstein in Füssen, for example as Johanna in "Die Päpstin," or as Pamina in "Die Zauberflöte," or as Empress Elisabeth in the Ludwig musical, or as Emmy Berg in "Zeppelin," or as an angel in "Gest der Weihnacht." But she has also made a name for herself in the pop music industry and is now the host of the "Schlagernacht im Allgäu." Misha's voice spans four and a half (!) octaves and will be heard for the first time at the "Adventszauber."
Anita Hofmann is also a musical multitalent. After parting ways with her sister Alexandra, she is now extremely successful as a solo artist. Critics say her voice cannot be described; you have to hear it. As a trained soprano, her musical range is also enormous: pop music, classical music, and numerous instruments. Thus, for the first time, alphorn sounds will ring out at the Adventszauber. Goosebumps moments are guaranteed.
Violin Rose delivers fine live music on the violin (Zorana Memedovic) and the piano (Antonia Bott). The two impressed last year with their virtuosic playing and delighted the audience.
The start to the Advent season couldn't be more beautiful. The musical glanzlichter of the "Adventszauber" now shine far beyond Stuttgart.
