Echt sauber – Schwarzer Humor, der sich gewaschen hat

The winner of the Baden-Württemberg cabaret award 2016 is performing with his current program.

He not only enchants with his comedic talent and his improvisational skills as a puppeteer and ventriloquist but also fascinates with the rarely experienced art of shadow play in Germany. His shadow world seems to have no boundaries. He creates comic characters, tells small, grotesque stories about dogs, flying swans, and fish being eaten by a crocodile.
What appears so effortless and seems taken from a cartoon is only possible through years of training.

During his studies in pantomime and acting at the Folkwang University in Essen, he developed his unique theater with hands.
He is a popular guest at festivals and performances all over Europe.
Through an intensive encounter with the famous Indian shadow puppeteer Prasana Rau, he refined his hand-shadow play and still feels connected to this tradition today.
