The collection of fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm is unique and seems immortal. It is now considered part of world literature. Talking animals, witches, fairies, giants, and dwarfs – the magical world of fairy tales continues to enchant children and adults alike. They serve as gateways to imagination, inviting us to dive into other worlds where wonders occur and problems are solved through the power of love, intelligence, and bravery.
The actor Oliver Peuker presents an exciting mix of the familiar and the unknown – the Bremen Town Musicians are of course included!
Oliver Peuker has been working as an actor, director, and speaker for many years. In addition to performances at theater festivals both domestically and abroad, he has appeared in film, television, and theatrical productions. As a founding member of the Cosmos Factory, Oliver Peuker has been significantly involved in all productions of the theater as a director, producer, and often also as an actor since 1999. The Cosmos Factory gained regional notoriety through its open-air productions for the summer theater at the Barkenhoff Worpswede – such as “Heinrich Eduardowitsch - Archaeology of a Dream” and “Paula & Frida.” The staging of the Niedersachsenstein on the Weyerberg in Worpswede also caused a great stir. For many years, Oliver Peuker has also been touring Northern Germany with his reading programs (including Edgar Allan Poe, Rainer Maria Rilke, and Joachim Ringelnatz).
