Für den fünftägigen Festivalzeitraum verwandelt sich die Schaubude Berlin in ein Geisterhaus! Wir laden das Publikum ein auf einen Parcours durch das gesamte Theater: Die sechs Auftragsarbeiten von Berliner Künstler*innen bewegen sich an der Grenze von Performance und Installation und suchen in sechs individuell gestalteten Erfahrungsräumen nach heutigen Geistern. In kleinen Gruppen erleben die Zuschauer*innen intensive Begegnungen und überraschende Momente, in denen die Grenze zwischen Subjekt und Objekt verschwimmt und das Verhältnis des Menschen zu seiner Umwelt neu befragt wird. Tastführung: Wir bieten am 9.11. um 17:30 Uhr sowie am 10.11. um 16:00 Uhr eine Tastführung durch die performative Ausstellung mit Audiodeskription an. Die Spielorte der Arbeiten »Schule der Puppen« und »dressingroom« sind nur über Treppenstufen erreichbar, eine Treppe ist etwas steiler. Zum Spielort von »Pas de Ghost« muss eine Stufe überwunden werden. Größtenteils sind keine Sitzplätze vorhanden, an manchen Spielorten wird es etwas enger. Das Publikum wird in den Installationen teilweise zu Interaktionen eingeladen.

For the five-day period of the festival, Schaubude Berlin will be transformed into a haunted house! We invite the audience to join us on a parkour through the entire theater: the six works commissioned from Berlin-based artists move fluidly along the borders between performance and installation and search for the ghosts of our times in six individually designed experiential spaces. In small groups, the members of the audience experience intensive encounters and surprising moments in which the boundaries between subject and object become blurred and the relationship between human beings and their environment is called into question anew. Tactile tour: on November 9 at 17:30 as well as November 10 at 16:00, we will offer a tacile tour through the performative exhibition with an audio description. The members of the audience will be invited to take part in interactions at some parts of the installation.
