You can only see well with the heart…
Fairy tale time for adults. To marvel and dream. A little prince inhabits his planet. It is as large as the tip of the moon's nose. No bigger. Together with a rose, he watches the sunsets. One every minute and beautifully so. But the rose whines and demands. The prince loves. Her. And leaves. Because of that. He throws himself into the black void of space. From planet to planet goes his journey. He encounters the king, the vain man, the mathematician… Such strange and wonderful figures. Only the fox reveals to him a secret that keeps one forever young: what is essential is invisible to the eyes.
In kuenstlerhaus43, Mathilda (Rose) and her life partner Felix (the little prince) await their guests. During the vernissage of the famous painter Shabnam Miller, a fight breaks out between the extroverted gallery owner and her partner Felix. He leaves her just like the little prince leaves his rose and follows two vagabonds, who subsequently enchant not only Felix but also all the spectators.
With the eyes of a child, Felix, the little prince, tirelessly asks his questions, shaking the foundations of the worlds. Is the rose really a rose? Is it unique if there are thousands of them? Are thorns meant to be embraced? Fairy tale time for adults. A story for the heart!
