Hans Joachim Heist - "Noch´n Gedicht", Der große Heinz Erhard Abend
Hans Joachim Heist, „Noch´n Gedicht“: The great Heinz Erhardt evening
Beloved, portly, famous: The mischievous, witty, great Heinz Erhardt was entirely rooted in the years of the German economic miracle. From them he drew his themes, and to the economic miracle children, the self-styled rogue held up a mirror. Nevertheless, the highly successful multitalent Erhardt – musician, comedian, actor, entertainer, movie star, author – continues to exert lasting influence far beyond that time. Many of his word jokes and rhymes have long since become immortal as proverbial phrases. His anthology from 1970, “Das große Heinz Erhardt Buch,” became a million-selling hit and is still available in stores today. On the shoulders of this giant now stands one who, although not named Erhardt, is called Heist, yet apart from that, nothing at all distinguishes him from the original Heinz Erhardt. Body stature? Erhardt. Glasses, hair, cheerful face: Erhardt! Gesture, mimicry, expression, but Erhardt, as he lives (haha!) and breathes. All of this is possible only because here on stage is also a seasoned multitalent from film, television, and the ZDF heute show, which is unparalleled – or in this case, has found its match. Genially congruent, Heist proves: The immortal Heinz Erhardt still has us firmly in his grip!
“Let us hurry from bin to bin! We want to give the trash a pickup.” (Heinz Erhardt, Chorus of the Garbage Collection)
“How he sets the punchlines, how he grabs his glasses, truly the master! (…) A cross-section of Erhardt's most beautiful rhymes and wordplay: Heist as the living great Heinz Erhardt book.” (Darmstädter Echo)
