The entertaining chamber musical tells the story of Cathy and Jamie, who fall in love, get married, and after five years break up.
In touching and humorous songs, the two narrate their story, with Jamie starting at the beginning of the relationship while Cathy reflects back from the point of separation. At the wedding, the narratives intersect.
Jason Robert Brown's chamber musical premiered in Chicago in 2001, the German version had its premiere in Wuppertal in 2005.
Now the musical comes to Berlin for the first time and will be premiered at our theater under the direction of Nadine Aßmann. Experience wonderful music, great songs sung by two Berlin singing stars, and a story that touches the heart!
