Ein Ausflug ins Wunderland der Schwerkraft

Ein Ei möchte fliegen, darf aber nicht fallen, denn es ist zerbrechlich. Während das Ei vom Fliegen träumt, spielen ein Mann und eine Frau alle Möglichkeiten des Fallens und Fliegens durch. Mit Bildern und Worten erzählen die beiden von dem Unterschied zwischen Leichtigkeit und Schwere. Es gibt Gesetzmäßigkeiten: Eine Feder schwebt, ein Sack plumpst hinab. Können ein Haus, ein Stuhl, ein Mensch fliegen? Jedes Gesetz hat auch Ausnahmen. Zwischen Oben und Unten, Himmel und Erde ist vieles; und mit Fantasie ist alles möglich – auch das Fliegen.

A field trip to the wonderful world of gravity

An egg want to fly but definitely can’t fall because it’s too breakable. While the egg dreams of flying, a man and a woman go through all of the possibilities of falling and flying. Using images and words, the two of them tell the story of the difference between lightness and heaviness. There are certain laws: a feather floats, a bag falls fast. Can a house, a chair, a human being fly? Every law does have its exceptions. There is a whole lot between up and down and between the sky and the earth; and everything is possible with a little imagination - even flying.
