Christin Jugsch doesn't stand between the acts, but right in the middle of the evening. She picks up spontaneous moments, plays with quirky dynamics in the room, and often turns small interjections into the better punchline. Her stories are rich in detail, slightly over the top, yet still closely aligned with real life. At the Quatsch Comedy Club, she holds the show together and knows exactly when an evening needs pace, can handle friction, or simply needs another good line.
Lennard Rosar: Between doubt and prejudice.
Lennard Rosar doesn't trust simple answers. The Cologne native dismantles the boxes in his own head just as he does those of others. Between heavy metal, shopping queens, and the great debates of our time, he searches for the gray areas that are often lost today. His observations are clever, playful, and sometimes pleasantly uncomfortable. He connects personal stories with societal questions and proves that thinking and laughing go wonderfully together.
Stefan Danziger: History meets present. Both lose their orientation.
Stefan Danziger looks at historical events as if someone misfiled them. Vikings, tsars, Brandenburg, and family life easily land in the same train of thought for him. With a dry gaze, he links historical facts, personal memories, and the oddities of modern life into stories that are as educational as they are absurd. He is less interested in the big event than in the quirky perspective on it: filled with detours, surprising connections, and wonderfully useless knowledge.
Josepha Walter: The art of standing on the edge and seeing everything.
Josepha Walter observes conversations, dates, and everyday scenes with a mix of skepticism and quiet wonder. Her punchlines come not loudly, but precisely. Often it seems incidental, only to land exactly where it becomes uncomfortably true. She brings this special energy to the stage: reserved, alert, and constantly on the brink of completely exposing the situation. Josepha doesn't play the coolest one in the room. Rather, she is the only one who notices how strange everyone behaves.
Lifeguard Schaluppke: Authority in flip-flops.
Lifeguard Schaluppke knows people like few others. From the edge of the pool, he observes the great togetherness and comments on it with a sharp eye, much physical comedy, and musical intuition. For him, the swimming pool is a mirror of society: generations, idiosyncrasies, and life designs meet in close quarters. Schaluppke tells about this cosmos with wit, attitude, and the calmness of a man who has seen every belly flop.
