On Saturday, April 26, 2025, the Capitol Dietzenbach will once again transform into the arena for the Dietzenbacher Boxnacht! Since 2009, the Dietzenbacher boxing project has not only thrilled with sporting successes but has also set standards in integration and violence prevention work.

The young people participating in this unique project demonstrate through discipline, commitment, and their tireless efforts not only in training but also in school that they have the potential to emerge as strong athletes and responsible members of our society.
Since the first Boxnacht in 2011, the event has developed into a regional highlight where boxers from the region and all over Germany compete to showcase their skills. In 2025, this tradition will continue, and we cordially invite you to be part of this special evening!

The popular meerkats Jan and Henry return to the stage with a new adventure!

For many years, the Lichtermeer Theatre has been touring with the grand stage show of “Jan & Henry” and has delighted thousands of small and large meerkat fans in hundreds of performances.

Now the two beloved scent and sound seekers are on a new stage show full of excitement, adventure, and humor on a grand tour of Germany. A six-member ensemble acts, dances, and sings in this typical and distinctive mix of humans, puppets, and great music in a fun yet thrilling adventure.

This time, the story takes the two to Castle Piepenschlönz. Strange things are happening there, and Jan and Henry must solve many riddles. But the biggest mystery is the legend of an old treasure that is feverishly sought after by the castle's residents to prevent the impending sale of their home. Additionally, the brothers meet Krokodella there. What role she plays in the mystery and whether the two detectives will succeed in finding the treasure, you will experience up close in a new musical for the whole family.

After the performance, young fans can get close to Jan and Henry in the foyer and receive autographs and photos from the meerkats and other performers.

With kind permission and in collaboration with Martin Reinl, who created and developed the characters “Jan & Henry” for the television channel “KIKA.”

Ground Movement stands for horizon-expanding and creative movements on the ground. The special aspect of it is the versatile applicability in various dance and movement styles. The Ground Movement program supports professionals of all kinds in expanding their individual movement horizon, building movements through qualitative and structured techniques, actively promoting personal creativity, and enabling free, concept-rich, and flowing movements on the ground. The goal is to move freely and fluidly on the ground.

Lukas is 34 years old, grew up in Moscow, Russia, and currently lives in Frankfurt, Germany. He originally comes from the street style scene, particularly Breaking, and has been an active dancer since 2001. About 15 years ago, he began to engage intensively with free and flowing movements on the ground.

Marie is sitting at home and has to study. But she would much rather look out the window and dream. Because outside so many exciting things are happening - especially when imagination stops by and takes Marie into a wonderful world. A world where the most everyday things transform into adventurous magical beings and where Marie discovers her magical powers.

Often he suddenly disappears and then suddenly reappears: Stephan Sulke. Stephan Sulke is like a good red wine: The chansonnier was already enjoyable when young.

He has matured further and shows pronounced qualities in old age. The years have increased, but the voice has remained the same: velvety, a little rough, the songs carry a resonance of melancholy, which however is accompanied by lightness. It may sound contradictory, but it is true. For Sulke knows like no one else how to clothe themes of death, transience, and morbidity in melancholic lyrics and melodies that conclude with comfort, and sometimes even cheerfulness, conveying joy for life. The current program of Stephan Sulke consists of a mix of old hits and new songs.

The "rascal poet" mixes his gentle songs of love and suffering with familiar musical ingredients from dissolved chords, with yearnings bent in every direction and rock-bluesy splashes of color with unheard-of lightness and with meaning and sensuality. On top of that - and often also in contrast - he places the wonderful texts with his clear and mischievous voice.

The dreamer, storyteller, and singer continues to prove himself as a true 'stage animal', enchanting and captivating his audience with a fascinatingly relaxed performance as well as an enormous stage presence, and serving up a unique musical (small) art event à la Sulke.

Stand-up comedian Peter Kunz is an old hand at the microphone. Once a campaign moderator for Gerhard Schröder (when he was still okay), on the air for ARD radio, and for 15 years the stadium announcer at SV Darmstadt 98 – in short: the trained engineer has experienced quite a bit and still often stands firmly with both feet stuck in it.

On stage, he takes the audience back to the 80s, the 90s, and stumbles elegantly through today's everyday life. Always under the motto of Acceptance through Penetrance.

In 2023, he was a three-time winner of the Hot Shot competition at the Quatsch Comedy Club.

A fairy tale for children from 4 years old

When her father, the king, tells Snow White that he wants to remarry, she is very happy to finally get a mother. But the joy does not last long. The new queen is not at all thrilled to be called Mama by her stepdaughter. Snow White threatens her place as the fairest in the land, and so the queen orders the hunter to lead Snow White into the forest and kill her. However, he cannot bring himself to harm the girl and Snow White flees over 7 mountains and finds help from a dwarf, excuse me, of course from 7 dwarfs. But even there she is not safe, because mirror, mirror on the wall. Who is the fairest in the land? The magic mirror knows where she is. The queen devises a wicked plan together with her helper Q to finally get rid of Snow White. What follows is well-known: poisoned combs, belts, apples, and in the end, just like in every good fairy tale, the prince.
